Verizon Wireless has announced that its expanding its 4G LTE network to nine new markets, which are heavily concentrated in California. The areas that’ll be getting LTE include Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, Monterey, Sacramento, Salinas, and the San Francisco Bay area in California. The only outlying area is Reno, Nevada. All these locales will get LTE in the upcoming weeks.
Verizon also confirmed that Salisbury, MD will be blanketed with 4G LTE starting April 19.
