Amy Jade Winehouse is an English singer and songwriter, known for her eclectic mix of various musical genres including R&B, soul, jazz, rock & roll, and ska. Winehouse is best known for her soulful, powerful contralto vocals. Winehouse's 2003 debut album Frank was commercially and critically successful in her native Britain.

Amy Winehouse's attempt at a European concert tour ended in Belgrade, Serbia, with a train wreck of a performance Saturday night in which she staggered around the stage and stumbled through several songs.

The audience eventually chased Winehouse off the stage with loud boos several numbers into what was supposed to be the opening show in a 12 date tour.A representative for Winehouse said her next two concert dates have been canceled.

Winehouse representative Tracey Miller did not directly confirm that the "Rehab" singer, who has a history of battling drugs and alcohol, had fallen off the wagon. Winehouse only recently left a British rehab program that a representative said was intended to prepare her for the European concerts.Despite feeling sure that she wanted to fulfill these commitments, she has agreed with management that she cannot perform to the best of her ability and will return home.Video clips of the musical disaster, recorded by concert goers' cell phone cameras, were quickly posted on YouTube. They showed Winehouse failing in every attempt to sing more than a few slurred lines of her songs. Audience members could be heard filling in the gaps, along with her back up singers."She would like to apologize to fans expecting to see her at the shows but feels that this is the right thing to do," Miller said.
Winehouse recently spent a week at a rehab program in London. Her 2006 breakthrough album "Back to Black" won five Grammy Awards, but her music in recent years has been overshadowed by her drug use and run ins with the law.

American pop singer-songwriter Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta  stage name Lady Gaga made history at last year's MTV Video Music Awards when she turned butcher's cuts into high fashion. On Thursday, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will unveil the singer's infamous raw-meat dress to the public. The dress, made of layers of Argentinian beef, was kept in a meat locker, placed in a vat of chemicals and then dried out by taxidermists in California before being transported to the museum.Hall of Fame spokeswoman Margaret Thresher says the dress took on a "dark, beef-jerky" look while dehydrating, so it was painted to look "fresh" afterwards. The entire process took several months to complete. The dress is being displayed as part of the "Women Who Rock: Vision, Passion, Power" exhibit, which runs until February 2012.
