Haywood, 29, made her favorite holiday one she'll never forget. After picking Cashiola, the VP of Marketing/Brand Management for Warner Music Nashville, up from her Music Row office, the musician asked her to slip on a blindfold as they turned onto her street.Once inside her home, Kelli Cashiola was delighted to discover that while she was at work, Haywood had transformed every room into a winter wonderland.



But it was outside that the reason for the blindfold was revealed - a string of Christmas lights spelled out "Will you marry me?" on the front of the house.She said yes, too.A date has not been set for the nuptials, though it's presumed it will be after bandmate Hillary Scott's anticipated spring wedding to fiancé Chris Tyrrell.The couple walked the CMA Awards red carpet together recently, with Scott and Tyrrell, as well as third bandmate Charles Kelly and wife Cassie McConnell.


Lauren Alaina is an American singer from Rossville, Georgia. Alaina was the runner up on the tenth season of American Idol.Alaina was born on November 8, 1994, to Kristy and J.J. Suddeth of Rossville, Georgia. Her father works as a process technician in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is a sophomore student at Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, where she is a cheerleader. Alaina was inspired to sing by her cousin, Holly Witherow, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Prior to Idol, Alaina performed at several Chattanooga area venues and was the first winner of the Winnistar youth talent contest at Lake Winnepesaukah amusement park in 2009. In addition to performing, Alaina wrote several songs including "Leaving" and "Set Me Free".Alaina auditioned for the tenth season of American Idol in Nashville, Tennessee. She was runner up on the show. May 14, 2011 was proclaimed "Lauren Alaina Day" in her hometown of Rossville, Georgia.


Lauren Alaina may not have won American Idol, but her career is still skyrocketing. Her debut single, “Like My Mother Does,” was sent to radio after she performed it on the show May 24 and it debuted at No. 40 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. It was also No. 11 on the Digital Songs chart and No. 20 on the Hot 100 chart after selling more than 121,000 units in one week. Lauren is the highest debut for a second place Idol finalist in six years.Just a week following the season finale of “American Idol,” the teenagers were together doing press like a team and this team doesn’t roll alone: They’re equipped with publicists, security guards, managers, record label extras and their real bosses their mothers.Lauren was able to perform with one of her personal idols and former American Idol winner.Lauren will start recording her debut album this week and make her first appearances at CMA Music Festival and the Grand Ole Opry.


Country star Luke Bryan is kicking off his first major headlining tour with CMT on Tour this September, exactly 10 years after he arrived in Nashville looking for a record deal.Brian told the associate press If i move to town and i don’t dream to headline mine own shows one day, then you don’t think mine necessarily aiming my sights high enough.Bryan will be bringing along special guests Lee Brice and Josh Thompson. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of CMT on Tour. Former headliners include reigning CMA entertainer of the year Brad Paisley who launched the tour in 2002 as well as Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, Sugarland, Jason Aldean and last year’s anchor Miranda Lambert.The ‘Rain Is a Good Thing’ hitmaker’s performance got country fans everywhere pumped for the rest of the show.Bryan hopes the tour will serve as a similar springboard for his career. He has toured with Aldean, Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney and currently Tim McGraw. All the while, he has been paying attention.CMT looks at a range of indicators to determine the best artist to front the tour, and performance across all CMT platforms is key. Bryan, for example, has remained one of CMT.com’s Top 20 artists for the past two months. Brian's music videos have also performed consistently on air. “Rain Is A Good Thing” spent 19 weeks on the CMT “Top 20 Countdown”. His latest single, “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” debuted at No. 12 last week.CMT on Tour  Luke Bryan Tailgates & Tanlines, kicks off in September for approximately 25 shows. Cities and dates will be announced soon.Bryan will release his third studio album, Tailgates & Tanlines August 9.
