The fan who was allegedly responsible for leaking Madonna's new single, Gimme All Your Luvin', online has been arrested.The track first surfaced on the internet in a rough demo format in November under the name Give Me All Your Love.

Since then, it has been reported that the 31-year-old man - whose identity is referred to only by his initials J.M.R - was arrested in Zargoza, Spain, on Wednesday, and was released after being charged.

Madonna's lawyers traced the leak to the suspect, and police are thought to have uncovered the stolen recordings in his belongings.Madonna previously expressed her anger over the leak, claiming that her true fans would never do something like that.

She recounted, “He stands up while I’m walking to my car and is like, ‘Hey, Emma! Listen, I’m going to delete these pics. Here’s my card. If you ever go to the beach with your friends or walk out of your house in your pajamas, call me.” On refusing his card and basically not getting what the hell he was trying to do, she added, “He’s like, ‘But I’m deleting these pictures, see?’ These guys try to strike up a deal with you so you feel like they’re your friend. I didn’t even know that was a thing  that people would call them.” Perhaps she needs to have a chat with Lindsay Lohan and the like. They’d tell her all about it.

In her short cameo, Poehler is seen running through the streets of New York with Glazer and Jacobson, before crashing into man carrying a tray of oranges. As she feigns injury on the floor, Poehler tells the duo to 'go on without her', shouting, "Save yourself. There's too many oranges. They're too heavy, there's too many of them, they keep coming", adding, "You guys are really in the zone, just go with the flow and live your dreams".
